By accessing or using GoMo App's website and mobile application ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

GoMo App provides a tourism platform for discovering, exploring, and booking experiences, restaurants, accommodations, and transportation services in Montenegro.

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when making reservations or creating an account
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Not use the Services to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Not interfere with the proper functioning of the Services
• Comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations

When you create an account on our mobile application, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.

Our platform facilitates reservations for various tourism services. Please note the following:

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the service provider
• Reservation requests are reviewed and may be approved or rejected by our team
• You will receive email notifications regarding the status of your reservations
• Prices displayed are in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified
• Final pricing may vary based on the service provider's terms

• Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled date
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to cancellation fees as determined by the service provider
• Refund eligibility depends on the specific service provider's cancellation policy
• Approved reservations that are cancelled by the service provider will be fully refunded
• We act as a facilitator between you and the service providers; refund disputes are handled in accordance with the provider's policies

All content on the GoMo App platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is the property of GoMo App or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without written permission
• Use our branding, logos, or trademarks without authorization
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract content from our Services

GoMo App acts as a platform connecting users with tourism service providers in Montenegro. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third-party providers
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by service providers
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our Services
• Travel information, including weather, transportation schedules, and pricing, may change without notice
• Users are responsible for verifying travel requirements (visas, health requirements, insurance) for Montenegro
• We recommend purchasing appropriate travel insurance for your trip
